Each party should complete a litigation plan and a discovery plan and file it with the Court one week prior to the scheduling conference. Alternatively, the parties are encouraged to stipulate to the deadlines and file one litigation plan and a joint discovery plan. The litigation plan should contain specific dates for particular deadlines rather than a length of time after a certain event, such as a decision on dispositive motions. The Judge's scheduling conferences are held by telephone. The Judge may set additional dates for status conferences during the pendency of the litigation.
