The Court may grant a one-time postponement of your jury service if serving as scheduled would cause undue hardship.

When completing your second questionnaire, you will be asked to choose a month within the next calendar year for your postponed service.

Important: Please be prepared to serve during the month you select. A second postponement is unlikely to be approved.

• Written approval will sent. Please allow 10 days for processing.

• To confirm your postponement, call the Automated Jury Information System (AJIS) at 1-800-699-9840 or check your status online. You will need your nine-digit juror participant number (found on your summons).

• If your request is approved, you will receive a new summons for your rescheduled month of service. Please note that any questionnaires you previously submitted cannot be reused.
