Title: Bankruptcy Noticing Center - Delivery to Canada

Information:  On September 26, Canada Post announced a service shutdown due to national labor actions involving the Canadian Union of Postal Workers. As a result, beginning October 2, 2025, the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) suspended mailing notices to any recipient addresses that include the country name “Canada”.   These notices will be bypassed, and affected recipients will be identified in the bypass section of the BNC Certificate of Notice.

Please note, recipients in Canada have not received court-issued notices since September 26, 2025, and will not until the strike is over.  The Bankruptcy Noticing Center will post updates to their website https://bankruptcynotices.uscourts.gov/ about notice to Canada.
